Order Processing

Once your order has been placed:

your payment will be processed and checked for security purposes
your order will be reviewed and approved
it will then be passed to our warehouse for picking and packing

Dispatch and Tracking

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

If tracking is available for your selected delivery service, this will be included in your dispatch email.

Delivery Restrictions

Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout

Delivery Times

Delivery services may not operate on weekends or bank holidays
Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order
Delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g. courier delays)
